 Refunds and Exchanges

As a consumer and in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you can cancel your order and obtain a refund or exchange within fourteen (14) days from delivery. This means you have 14 days after receiving our item for any retuned goods to reach us. 

Only products purchased on Mythologia can be returned for a refund or an exchange. Any Mythologia Perfumes products bought from another retailer must be returned to their original place of purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging with any extra items such as samples and cards enclosed.  If it is so, we will offer a full exchange or refund of the purchase price minus the delivery charge after inspection. Please follow perfume  labelling and packaging guidelines of any postal or courier service used, in respect to the item(s) you are returning. If goods are not returned in a re-sellable condition, we cannot accept your return, as cosmetic items, once opened, cannot be re-sold. Once the pump (spray button) is pushed and perfume sprays out, it means the airlock has been broken so unfortunately we cannot accept a refund if this is the case.

Product(s) must be returned, using a trackable service, at your own cost. The item will be your responsibility until it is signed for at our return address. Please ensure that you obtain proof of postage and tracking as we cannot accept responsibility for any items which are lost in the post.

We do not accept returns without first contacting us at the above email address.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Damages and other issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
