DISPATCH & SHIPPING (this is maya njie's ) 

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days of order. Weekends and bank holidays are an exception. Shipping is carried out via best available courier.

2nd class signed for Royal Mail deliveryWe will send you an e-mail on the day that your order has been dispatched. If for some reason an item is out of stock we will e-mail you immediately. Due to shipping regulations and perfume being classed as Dangerous Goods we only ship within the UK currently.

wales perfumeryShipping takes place within 3-5 working days by second class recorded post and is currently only available to mainland UK.If you wish to cancel your order please email monmouthbotanicals@gmail.com within 48 hours of placing your order for a full refund.​Unfortunately return postage is non refundable. RETURNS & REFUNDS​If your product arrives damaged, or you have a complaint about your item, or would like a refund, please email info@walesperfumery.com in the first instance so that we can look into arranging a refund or replacement if applicable.

To process any refund or exchange we would require a proof of purchase along with photographs of any damage.

Our courier usually takes 2-4 days from Rook HQ to your door/desk/office. We'll send you a tracking number once it's left Rook HQ. Sometimes less, but never longer than 5 days. If your order is taking longer - please get in touch with us!

REDOLESCENT Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Due to ongoing Coronavirus restrictions, a slight delay in shipping times may be seen.
