Returns and Exchanges

 

 We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Only products purchased on Mythologia Perfumes.com can be returned for a refund or an exchange. Any Mythologia Perfumes products bought from another retailer must be returned to their original place of purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging with any extra items such as extra testers and cards enclosed.  We will need the receipt too. Please follow labelling and packaging guidelines of any postal or courier service used, in respect to the item(s) you are returning. If goods are not returned in a re-sellable condition, we cannot not accept your return. To make the process easier,  please test perfume(s)  as outlined on the website, by first testing from the 1.70ml tester bottle before any 30ml/50ml or 100ml bottles are opened. As cosmetic items, once opened, these full bottles cannot be returned or be re-sold

Product(s) must be returned, using a trackable service, at your own cost. The item  will be your responsibility until it is signed for at our return address. Please ensure that you obtain proof of postage and tracking as we cannot accept responsibility for any items which are lost in the post.

We do not accept returns without first contacting us at the above email address.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
